The Band's Local Officers

The Chelmsford Salvation Army Band is organised on fairly traditional Salvation Army lines with a team of "Local Officers" whose job it is to ensure the band's smooth running.

Most of the local officers, are also members of the Band's management team and they, along with the Commanding Officer of the Chelmsford Salvation Army corps, meet regularly to discuss and plan the band's activities.
